Introduction Welcome to UnisenTech, a platform at unisentech.com offering phone reviews and comparisons. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and UnisenTech Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Eligibility You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian. Accounts for users under 16 may be restricted or terminated without notice for security and content suitability reasons. If you do not have legal access rights, do not use the Site.

User Accounts To post comments, submit reviews, or access certain features, you may need to create an account with accurate information (e.g., email, username). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account. Do not share accounts or use others’ credentials. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. User-Generated Content License By submitting UGC (e.g., reviews, comments, images), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and create derivative works from it for Site operations, promotion, and business purposes. This includes sublicensing to third parties (e.g., affiliates). You retain ownership of your UGC but represent that you have rights to it and it complies with these Terms. We may attribute UGC to you (e.g., username), but have no obligation to credit or compensate.

Third-Party Links and Content The Site may link to or embed third-party content (e.g., videos, affiliate products). We do not control or endorse these, and you use them at your own risk. Affiliate links may earn us commissions, disclosed where applicable.

Disclaimers The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (e.g., violations). Upon termination, you must stop using the Site. Sections on IP, liability, and disclaimers survive termination.
